Clients who pay for their service in full are allowed only 3 reschedules. After the third missed appointment you lose your appointment, and must PAY IN FULL to secure all future appointments.
Hair consultations: Consultations are conducted via Facetime, Facebook messenger, Instagram video chat, or Google Duo. You will have the opportunity to speak with our CEO Joy. You will be asked a serious of questions in order to help her direct you along your natural hair journey. Clients are allowed one reshedule. After the second missed appointment client must repurchase a consultation.

Consultations are kept private and confidential. We do not post reviews, testimony’s, or pictures without permisision from our clients.
After hours luxury fee: ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED AFTER 7pm are subjected to a additional $50 fee.
HOUSE CALLS: House calls are available, but must be booked at least 8 hours in advanced. All house calls are subjected to a additional $30 travel fee. House calls made after 7pm are also subjected to a additional $50 luxury fee.
